In keeping with TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 110 > Sec. 2257 of United States Code, Whips Or Kisses affirms that all persons appearing in a visual depiction of sexually explicit behavior (as defined in Sec. 2256 of Title 18) were over the mandatory age of eighteen years at the time of creation of such depictions. Required records corroborating this are maintained by the custodian of records at the various organizations from which said visual depictions were obtained.
Further, in accordance with subsection (h) (3), Whips Or Kisses is not defined as a producer of such material. Whips Or Kisses' sole involvement extends to mere distribution and in no way involves the hiring, contracting for managing, or otherwise arranging for the participation of the performers depicted.
